J T Dersner has assigned Mr George Savalas as the Field Superintendent to construct the 16" Denton Tap
Water Line. His duties and responsibilities will be to install the 16" line and all appurtenances as per plans
and specifications. He will be supervise our workman, ensure safety for the men and the public,
coordinate and schedule subcontractors, release material for delivery, and act as our contact with
underground utility locators. He will be the direct contact between the City of Coppell and J T Dersner on
all issues of the daily operations of the project. He will have the authority to respond to all request and
direction from the City of Coppell inspector or any other City of Coppell official.
The general superintendent for J T Dersner is Mr Bill McCollister His duties and responsibilities will be
to ensure the project moves smoothly by contact and scheduling underground utility locators, ordering
material and ensuring it is ready for release when needed, acquiring equipment for the project, video taping
and documenting the right of way before construction, keeping clean and accurate as -built plans copy to
submit at the end of the project, aid and assist with any citizen complaint, supervise the field
superintendent, and represent J T Dersner
The project manager's duties will be with the administration of the project with respect to billing,
scheduling, material purchasing, change orders, change in scope, change in schedule, Rail Road permit,
procure dump truck service and disposal, monthly billing and material on hand, sell project with final paper
work.
