J T Dersner is currently preparing a schedule for this project. We will have a formal schedule as quickly
as we are for sure when our bore contractor will be on site and coordinate the order of the bores. We will
have our insurance certificate for the Dart Rail Road Right of Entry Monday the 14` If the paper work is
handled as indicated by the Dart authorities we should have the paper work back well before the need for a
second mobilization by our bore contractor
We will be on site Monday the 14 to meet locators, video tape the project. We will use this first week to
have equipment delivered, find an available location off load 16" water pipe, set up our staging area with
tool container and supplies, and pot hole any critical underground utility
We will need to have a meeting on site with the gas company Their representative stated his crew will
locate the pipe, but they will require we use steel casing to a point 10' either side of their line. The 10" gas
line in question shows on the plan but no provision is made for the steel casing pipe. We would ask that
you help resolve this problem before we get to the gas line. The station for the 10" gas line is 5 +00
We look forward to beginning this project and working with the City of Coppell.
