Dear Mr Marvin,
Alex Pier, owner of the property at 101 Cottonwood Dnve m Coppell, has recently contacted us
about a letter he received from the City of Coppell on May 2, 2006 This letter stated that Mr
Pier was m violation of the City's Floodplam Management Ordinance
We, the Holmes Builders, are working on behalf of Mr Pier Piles of dirt were inadvertently put
in the flood plain. We will remove these piles within the next two weeks, weather-permitting.
Please see the Revis Exhibit for the specific location of the piles to be removed. We plan to
install silt fencing t near the edge of the flood plain prior to any future development. If you
