process and review of their evidence of insurance which meets the requirements set forth on
pages 2& 3 of the Standard Construction Agreement. No work within the DART nght of way is
authonzed until these documents are signed and evidence of insurance is approved by DART's
Rlsk 'Management Department.

CROSSING LICENSE APPLICATION
This Application is made pursuant to the Reciprocal Right-of--Way License
Agreement dated September 17,1992, by and between DALLAS AREA RAPID
TRANSIT ("DART"), a regional transportation authority created and existing
pursuant to Article 1118y VATCS as amended, and TXU Electric Delivery
Company, a Texas Corporation, (Applicant").
1. Applicant des-res to install the below described Electric Facilities
upon DART's right-of--way located between Mile Post 0609.34
(D.O.T.#7897460 Coppell, Dallas County, Texas
2. The facilities proposed to be installed by Applicant (the °Electric
Facilities") are' 14,4/24.94 Ikv, three phase, three wire,
underground primary distribution line under Dallas Area Rapid
Transit.
And are more particularly described and set out m the plans and
specifications attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A", which,
when approved by DART, shall be the "Plans and Specifications"
3 After approval of the Plans and Specifications, Applicant agrees to
a. Submit to DART for approval all construction details, false
work and other incidentals not detailed in the Plans, in sofar
as they affect DART, which approval shall not be
unreasonably delayed or withheld.
b Notify DART at (east fve (5) working days before
commencing work on the Property and within five (5) working
days after such work is completed
c. Keep all equipment, tools and materials stored at least fifteen
(15) feet from the centerline of any operable track.
Explosives or other highly inflammable substances or any
hazardous materials regulated pursuant to federal or state
regulation will not be stored on the Property without prior
approval of DART's representative.
4. No vehicular crossing over DART's track shall be installed or used
by Applicant without notification to DART's designated
representative at least forty-erght (48) hours in advance of such
vehicular crossing. The vehicular crossing shall be a type and
design reflected in the Plans and Specifications and acceptable by
DART
