A civil engineerEng hydraulic review was performe on the Old Denton Creek
flood plan to determine the status of the Federal Ernerg ncy Management Agency
{FEMA) maps at this time
FEMA has responded to the development fill apply atian with a Letter of Map
Revision Based on Fill (LOMR-F) determined by the fill, I ts, streets, and building pads
for the St Andrews Estates site A copy of this approval attar is enclosed The
documen#ation from FEMA states the agency rs currently revising the National Flood
Insurance Program {NFIP) map for the community New flood data will be produced
which could affect this property When the new NFIP ma is issued, it will supersede
the current determination The Federal requirement fort e purchase of flood insurance
is based on the enclosed letter of map revision dated No ember 16, 2005
