Mr Marvin
My home is located at 524 Arbor Brook Lane I am in the process of
repairing the backyard due to a drainage issue
On the north end of my property is a four foot culvert pipe that
drains city runoff onto my property, flows through the backyard to
another four foot culvert pipe on the south end. This situation
makes about 40% of my backyard unusable and I wish to correct this
problem
1 What will the City require before the project is started (plans,
etc)?
2 Where would I find an engineering firm specializing in drainage to
develop drawings for the project?
