Mr. Wayne Ginn
16135 Preston Road Suite 106
Dallas, Tx 75248
Mr. Ginn:
As you have requested, we will install underground
distribution facilities rather than standard overhead
distribution lines to provide electric service to the
Coppell Town Centre located on Parkway Boulevard in Coppell,
Texas.
We will provide underground service for no charge. This
quote is based on the terrain being brought to final grade
before our cable work begins, on no rock trenching being
involved, and on the underground circuits being installed
under streets, alleys, drives, and other paved areas prior
to the paving work. This quote is subject to an additional
charge of $32.50 per foot if done after that time, unless we
receive at least 60 days advance notice and said premises
are available to us during all said 60 days. Further, it is
your responsibility to install underground service cable to
the secondary terminal of our transformer. The underground
service cables shall be limited to six (6), the maximum
number for which our transformer is designed to connect.
You will provide and install a concrete transformer pad and
1 - 4 inch PVC schedule 40 conduit from that pad to our
designated pole. All work done will be based on Texas Power
& Light specifications. You will be responsible for any
and all damage to Texas Power & Light facilities during
construction of your building. This project will provide
you with 277/480, three phase service.
Texas Power & Light Co. will install a temporary overhead
distribution line from the east property line of the Town
Centre tract to a permanent overhead line located along the
east property line of Univest's Parks of Coppell tract.
The City of Coppell will be responsible for costs involved
in removing this temporary line.
This quote will not apply to any change in the original
plans as submitted, and cannot be guaranteed later than
. .
