RE F'loodplam Fill Activities at 1.01 Cottonwood Dr
Dear Mr Holmes
I received your letter and exhibit indicating your intenrion to remove fill material placed m the floodplam
at this location. Representatives of the Engmeenng Department recently witnessed your work actwity m
this process
It appears some material on the westernmost edge of the floodplam was removed, however, a significant
amount remains and was simply spread out over the remainder of the floodplam. This letter is a reminder
that a platted Floodway Easement ekists m that area which lies even with the North/South fence line an
the adjacent property, as shown on the eah~bit provided.
All material placed u~ the floodplam must removed out of the floodplam As stated 1n cur previous
conunun~cation, no fill is allowed to be placed without a proper permit. Please insure that all till material
is remo~-ed m a tunely manner m order to avoid the penalties allowed under the Gty of Coppell's
Floodplam Management Ordinance
