It has come to my attention that fill has been placed on the above referenced lot. The City of
Coppell has not issued an Early Grading Permit for this work. Please contact the F,ngmeermg
Department to obtain the required permit. As a condition of the permit, you will be required to
install adequate erosion control devices
We would hke to make you aware that currently you are m violation of the following adopted
ordinance related to development activity ~n the City of Coppell
Erosion and Sedimentation Control Code -Ordinance No 91514 was designed
to minimize erosion and sedimentation from private property onto public rights-
of--way, making rt unlawful to permit a public erosion nuisance and providing for
a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of $500 per day during which a violation
occurs
VVe respectfully request that you immediately obtain the necessary permit and fulfill the
requirements of the ordinance referenced above
