Dear Mr Garrett.
This letter is written to express some concerns about progress on the referenced project. It
has come to my attention that barricades are not being maintained as vigilantly as they need
to be We have gotten a few calls from the Coppell Police Department reporting that the
barricades were down. One such call came in yesterday morning and by this morning, there
were still some barricades that had not been restored to position or replaced. The yellow
tabs through the Curve and driveway areas are also no longer functioning as they are
intended to
In addition to the barricade issues, maintenance of the travel way on the western side of the
road is not being addressed as you and I have discussed. Per the previous letter I sent you, it
is the contractor's responsibility to maintain that area under the contract. We are also
concerned that supervision is inadequate on the site Your field superintendent has not been
on site continuously during the course of the fob as required per the contract.
We would like you to come in and sit down with us to discuss these issues and your
schedule for contract completion. Please call me at your earliest convenience to set up a
meeting here in our office We are available today if this meets your needs.
