being properly maintained with this expansion project.

nonvehicular, interior) are stand alone and not
overlapping (being counted more than once).
3 Nonvehicular landscape area is calculated as the
total 15% of the (site area - building area)

5 Ensure trees within the TXU Easement are
acceptable to TXU
