Attached are three original Charge Order #1 documents for the referenced project. These
documents make official the material and quantity changes already agreed to prior to the start
of the job. This change also includes an additional three weeks of contract time per your recent
request. With this additional time your completion date will be June 10, 2006.
Please execute the documents and return two of the originals to me. One of the original
Change Order #1 documents is for your file.
