Dear Mr Gnffin.
On the East side of Denton Tap Road on the SH 121 project that is currently under construction
the attached plan sheet shows to tie our imgation system to a 12" waterline. Our contractor
received an approved permit from the City of Lewisville, but later the City of Coppell notified
our contractor that it is a Coppell waterline. It is our understanding that a permit was submitted
to the City of Coppell to tie into the waterline, but the permit was not approved. We are asking if
you would reconsider to allow the irrigation system to be tied into the City of Coppell waterline.
It is the closest line available for us to tie into for this location otherwise we will have to go
approximately 1500 feet more to tie into the Crty of Lewisville's waterline
