Old Townhomes-CS060509Keith Marvin -Fence at Old Coppell From: Tim Oates To. Keith Marvin Date 5/9/2006 1 14 19 PM Subject: Fence at Old Coppell Just got off the phone with Mrs Hicks whom lives in the single-family residence on Mobley next to the fence She did state that it is a 'very good possibility' that the residents of the current townhome association will fight the removal of the fence, unless the development next to them is nice and conforms with the masterplan They will also fight for the street to not connect with the other development, etc. So, no matter how many pieces of paper we will have with the statement 'the fence will come down', it sounds like we are in for a little political action For now she is content with our decision to leave the fence and understands it will be incorporated into a yet to be developed HOA agreement. Michael Hodge was instructed to contact Jeff Ballard to have him pull a 'temporary construction fence permit' Any way, this may be one of those items that we need to remember because we may be talking about it for years to come Again, she understood that the fence was 'illegal' in the sense that no permit was issued for its construction, it extends to the front yard in violation of the ordinance and the it crosses sidewalk and street rights of ways.
