Listed below is a memo that addresses the various DRC comments.
Comment. Provide only civil portion of plans in future submittals
Response Only civil related sheets will be submitted for review In future submittals.
2. Comment. A copy of plat should be submitted with the civil plan set Easements called out
should correspond to easements on the plat Otherwise, provide
documentation of how easements were dedicated
Response Through conversations with Randall Daniel at Brinkley Sargent Architects, the plat is
being prepared by Pacheco Koch It was communicated to TNP that the civil
portion could be re-submitted while waiting for the plat
3 Comment. Note that paving, in addition to water, drainage and flatwork construction, shall
be in accordance with City of Coppell Standard Details.
Response Notes have been added on various sheets addressing this comment
4 Comment. How will fire protection and domestic water remain in service during construction?
Response It is the intent to have the Contractor make the appropriate connections during
non-peak hours in order to limit the disruption to the existing facilities.
5 Comment. Elaborate on how utility lines will be abandoned in the event it is not removed
Response All abandoned utility lines shall be drained, filled with grout and plugged at each
end This note is included on the applicable sheets in the Plans.
6 Comment. Water mains 10" and smaller shall be PVC A WW A C-900, DR-14, Class 200
Response This comment has been corrected as noted
7 Comment. Show irrigation sleeves on the paving plans.
Response Irrigation sleeves are shown on the paving plans as requested

8 Comment. Ensure that TCEQ guidelines for separation are met in locations where water and
sanitary sewer lines cross.
Response The sanitary sewer line has been re-Iocated to provide separation from the
proposed water line
9 Comment. All details shown in the construction plans, which are included in the Standard
Details, shall be removed from the plans.
Response All details that are City Standard Details have been removed from the plans.
All marked-up comments on the plans have been addressed
