Enclosed are five (5) copies of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision report for Andrew Brown Park
West. Please review the material and call us at your convenience to schedule a meeting to discuss your
comments, revisions or questions. If there are no questions, please sign each report on page II-4 in the
appropriate spaces and keep one copy. A check in the amount of $640.00 to the National Flood
Insurance Program should be written at that time to cover the initial fee required by FEMA for this
submittal.
Please call us and we will be happy to pick up the check and the remaining four (4) copies of the report.
We will forward two copies to the offices of FEMA in Denton and in Washington D.C.

Coppell, contains the technical data required for issuance of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision. Hard copies o
the HEC-2 hydraulic models, a disk containing input data files, and flood plain and floodway mapping can be foun
in appendices A through J. Application and Certification forms are included in Section II.
The base hydraulic models utilized for this study are as approved by FEMA for the City of Coppell FIS publish(.
on April 15, 1994. The digital form of the Duplicate Base FIS model was obtained through lvir. Anthony
Appleby of the FEMA project Library in January 1996.
