As you are aware, Duke Realty is in the process of permitting a proposed bridge
across the existing retention pond associated with the above referenced industrial
park. Based on the design of this bridge, Pacheco Koch does not foresee any
negative effects the clear span style bridge could have on the functionality of the
existing retention pond Pacheco Koch has notified Duke that in any storm event
there is a possibility that the lower support of this bridge could be submerged
