Coppell Road Coppell Senior Citizens Center
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have located the warranty deed for the tim station on Coppell Road (the rattle Coppell Road Senior
Citizens Center). That deed, along with the Dallas County Tax office property owner description,
indicates that the site has been owned by the Dallas County Coppell Fresh Water Supply District #17
since June 30, 195.5. What most likely happened is that the Da]las County Coppell Fresh Water Supply
District # 17 ceased to exist and that the property reverted to the City of Coppell.
Does the City have a copy of the legal record &that transfer &ownership? Could. you please forward
that information to our offices? I shall include a copy of the Tax office pwperty owner description with
this fax for you use. That is the last piece of information we need to complete the Coppell Road Senior
Citizens Center Letter of Map Amendment submittal.
