We received this e-mail, and in talking to Greg, he seems to recall that Ken may have been working with a couple of residents who perhaps live in Villages of Coppell 3B (940 range of Brentwood), on the issue of extending their backyards We're wondering if those residents may be the ones that Kelly is referring to in her e -mail If that's the case, perhaps someone in your department would be better able to address Kelly's question If your department responds to Kelly's question, could you please "cc" Greg Likewise, if no one in your department is familiar with this issue, please let us know so we can follow up and respond to Kelly's question Thankyou Mary Beth >>> "Kelly" <kelly @dirtstriker com> 5/31/2006 1 43 PM >>> Hello, I live in Windsor Estates, on Deforest Road Behind our entry sign to the neighborhood, two of the home owners behind the sign (not living in Windsor Estates) are in the process of extending their backyards about 10 feet. I thought that area was an easement that the city owned and they were not allowed to extend further than what their lots were initially built on? Please advise, Kelly Revis 926 Deforest Road kelly @dirtstriker com Page 1
