Paving Plan
1. Show the entire fire lane on the sheet.
2. Will modifications to the existing water system be required in order for the relocated
fire lane to be compliant pertaining to fire hydrant spacing? If so, include a plan.
3. Paving notes should comply with minimum City standards.
Grading & Drainage Plan
Show the existing infrastructure to which you will be connecting.
General
1. Do not duplicate details that are included in the City of Coppell Standard Details.
2. Construction plans should be submitted for review and construction permit should be
applied for through the Engineering Department.
Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering review.
