Dear Mr. Cn'iffin:
Good nev~! I have modified the Andrew Brown Park West hydraulic model to include the
revisions you requested in your July 5, I996 letter. The area you crosshatched between the
future swimming pool site and the ball field site (your revised Alternate A exhibit) has been
raised above the base flood elevation. As shown on the attached comparison table of 100-year
water surface elevations, the changes resulted only in a 0.01 foot rise versus existing conditions.
You seemed willing to accept such a minor water level increase offsite for this project.
Unless we hear from you otherwise, we will proceed with the Andrew Brown Park West
CLOMR submittal.
