It has come to my attention that the City of Coppell is requesting a letter from the Site
Engineer stating that all future pavement and storm drainage infrastructure has been
coordinated with the proposed plans for future Bethel Road
Based on information obtained at a meeting at the City of Coppell and subsequent
digital construction plans for future Bethel Road (as provided by Danny Luu, P E of
TransSystems Corp, and received on 11/02/2005), Pacheco Koch can confirm that
the design associated with the above referenced project was coordinated with the
plans provided by TransSystem This letter is not a guarantee that future
connections wilt work if the roadway plans have been modified or will be modified
during construction
As being part of the Construction Documents associated with Freeport 14 15,
Pacheco Koch's Record Drawings are based on information provided by the
Contractor and not field verified Pacheco Koch does require that the Contractor
either provide Pacheco Koch with either their marked -up "record drawings" of the
construction plan set or a letter stating that all items were built in accordance with
plans and specifications On June 2, 2006, Pacheco Koch received this letter from
Duke Construction
