foot \vlde samtary se\'ver easement was platted across the property A 12" samtary se\'ver
Ime \vas bUIlt approximately In the center of the easement In 1967 Based on the best
a\ aIlable mformatlOn, It appears that the SWimmIng pool IS encroachIng Into the twenty- foot
samtary sewer easement and the se\ver hne ]S beneath the SWImmIng pool
If at some pomt In the future the CIty had to replace or repaIr the sewer hne, most hkely the
City \\ ould folIov.- one of tv.- 0 options 1) relocate the entIre sewer lIne further south by
opencut and relay a nev" sewer lIne ThiS \"ould reqUIre the dedIcation of a nev.- easement
further south of the eAlstmg easement The City typically would not relocate a portIOn of
the se\\er Ime, but would relocate the entire sewer Ime, or 2) rehabIlitate the sewer Ime 10

Because the twenty-foot easement has a sewer line in it that services the houses on
Meadowcreek, the Cit) cannot abandon the se\\er line or the sewer easement.
