Andy Brown Community Park West Flood Plain Study
We have several Capital Improvement Projects scheduled for Andy
Brown West Park (ABW), we have held up these projects, pending
completion of the flood plain study. I have not checked back
with you to find out the status of the flood plain study. If at
all possible, we would like to proceed with at least two of these
projects, the installation of the playground and the concrete
trail connections. Ideally, we would like to have these
completed before the commencement of the fall soccer season
(August 26, 1996).
The plans and specifications for the new playground and concrete
trail connections are ready for the bidding process. Is there
any reason that we can not proceed with these two elements?
