I am in receipt of your invoice #06-0319 Prior to the release of the $26,962 78 rtainage,
the protect must be satisfactonly completed, awalk-through inspection must be conducted
and all measured items agreed upon. I would bnng to your attention the Bid Item titled,
"Restore Disturbed Area." I do not believe that this work has been done
Please let me know when this ~~~ork will be accomplished so that we may bring this protect
to a successful completion
