The CIty of Coppell has revIewed the revIsed plans for the referenced addItIOn. These plans
meet our current mmImum standards wIth the excepnon of the followmg
The FDC plpmg should run mto the pump room The FDC should not be connected to the
fire lme
2 The specIficatIOns m the pavmg legend should be consIstent WIth the mformatIOn provIded m
the Pavmg Notes All concrete shall be Class "C," (3600 pSI)
3 Please verIfy that the landscapmg proposed for the samtary sewer easement along the north
SIde of the property WIll not mterfere wIth the 12" samtary sewer Ime that IS m place
Interference mcludes, Immmally, dIsturbance of the hne by root structures and restrIcted
access for mamtenance
Once these changes have been made, please submIt three sets of revIsed final constructIOn plans
for the CIty Engmeer's stamp and as man) copIes as necessary for your contractors' constructIOn
operatIOns. All contractors and subcontractors onslte must have a copy of the plaps stamped and
approved by the CIty of Coppell
All fees must be paid pnor to release of thIS project for constructIOn. The CIty charges a 2%
mspectIOl1 fee for all prIvate constructIon outside the hmldmg'" footpnnt Thl" would mclllde
