Drainage Area Nlap 2 Provide a table for the drainage calculations. Include a colurnn within the table indicating the discharge location for each drainage area. 3 Runoff from drainage areas A-l, A-3, and A-6 should not flow to the street. Route the runoff to the drainage system onsite Dimension, Sun ey & Paving Plan 4 Is your intention to install brick pavers or stamped concrete at the driveways nff ~f Freeport Parkway`' 5 Will modifications to the existing median nose on Gateway Blvd be required near the easternmost driveway in order to accommodate truck traffic leaving the site`' Any modifications should be constructed to current City of Coppell standards, which include a roll-down nose 6 Include the detail for grass-crete m the set of civil plans 7 Modify the paving legend to reflect the minimum paving strength of 3600 psi 8 Please re-submit your request for variance of the lime stabilization requirement, as rt should be site specific 'The request is generally approved for private paving as long as the strength of the concrete is increased to 4000 psi or the thickness is increased by one inch Anv paving within public right-of--way still requires aflex-base subgrade 9 Include the building square footage on the sheet. 2 .`5 PaFK~-v~r * f -~ ©Vh ~e 73 * ~-c~FF ESL TY '~OI9 # TEL 57~ 4F' ~~2 ~~ * FAX ~a7Z 304 "~[~~3 Borrow Site Grading Plan 10 Show the location of the construction entrance on this sheet. Water & Sanitary Sewer Plan 11 The entire fire protection line should be an 8" line Modify all call-outs that correspond to the 6" line 12 Show the pipe run from the FDC to the building The minimum size of the FDC pipe should be 6" 13 Move the fire hydrant shown near the northernmost driveway along Freeport Parkway to the location shown m the mark-ups The hydrant should be 3-6 feet behind the fire lane and outside the collapse zone of the building l 4 Provide a profile vievv~ of the proposed bore under Freeport Parkway Include utilities that are existing m the right of way 15 Will the proposed location of the southernmost DDC at the intersection of Freeport and Gateway interfere with the existing sanitary sewer ling along Gateway? 16 Install an isolation valve between the southernmost DDC and the bend as shown m the mark- ups 17 What is the separation between the fire protection line and the sanitary sewer line`' Will any encasement be required`' 18 Construct an external drop for the connection to the existing sanitary sewer manhole Storm Drainage Plan 19 The low point inlet on Gatewa} Blvd that you are proposing to remove should be replaced with a grate inlet of suitable hydraulic capacity and traffic rating The remainder of the proposed storm dram should be tied into the grate inlet.
