RE. January Meeting
It is my understanding that we are providing a signal at Coppell Road South and that the City was investigating
the need for a signal at Whispering Hills I was thinking that it had been determined a signal was needed there
and it would be constructed with our project, but not necessarily included in our contract. I hope this information
is helpful
We will cancel the meeting for January and see you in February By the way, Happy New Year and have a nice

We will not have the review comments by then, and we are still working on the development issues and
land rights acquisition We will cancel the January meeting
What intersections are going to be signalized on Phase II? During our last publiC meeting I thought I
heard that Whispering Hills was going to have a signal I have to complete a Project Scope for Dallas
County and I need to indicate which intersections will have signals.

We will be glad to meet then I don't anticipate us having anything other than whatever coordination that
might need to be done on Phase 1 I know there are several issues dealing with new developments on
that portion that we will need to coordinate before preparing final plans. Do you anticipate having review
comments on those at that time?
