A recent field inspection conducted by Engineering Department personnel revealed that the fill dirt
placed m the floodplam at the above location has been removed. Please re-establish vegetation to
prevent the disturbed area from eroding out of the floodplam area and into the creek.
For firture reference, an} plan for improvement m the floodplam. of this property should be
submitted to the Lng~neenng Department for approval under the City's Floodplam Ordinance
Appropriate studies conducted by a qualified engineer may be required prior to appro~~al being
granted
