Re: FEMA Map Revisions
Halff Associates is pleased to present this fee proposal for FEMA map revisions at Andrew Brown Park
(West), Deforest Service Center, and the proposed Coppell Senior Citizens Center on Coppell Road.
Generally, the services will consist of a Conditional and final Letter of Map Revision application for
Andrew Brown Park and a Letter of Map Amendment for the Coppell Senior Citizens Center. The map
amendment for the Deforest Road Service Center will be accomplished as a part of the Andrew Brown
Park CLOMR.
The entire hydraulic engineering, permitting, and surveying effort can be completed for a lump sum fee
of $28,700. A summary of the work plan and fee breakdown is shown on Exhibit A. A suggested
schedule is shown on Exhibit B. Detailed Scopes of Work for the individual map amendment/revision
applications are shown on Exhibits C, and D.
