Generally, the services will consist of a Conditional and final Letter of Map Revision application for Andrew Brown Park and a Letter of Map Amendment for the Coppell Senior Citizens Center. The map amendment for the Deforest Road Service Center will be accomplished as a part of the Andrew Brown Park CLOMR. The entire hydraulic engineering, permitting, and surveying effort can be completed for a lump sum fee of $28,700. A summary of the work plan and fee breakdown is shown on Exhibit A. A suggested schedule is shown on Exhibit B. Detailed Scopes of Work for the individual map amendment/revision applications are shown on Exhibits C and D.
