There are an additIOnal mne parkmg spaces proposed on the south and two spaces on the north end of the SIte, however, five of the eXIstmg spaces WIll be removed, as they are located where the west extenSIOn of the fire lane IS proposed. The parkmg space total IS 23, fulfillmg the reqUIrement of one space per 200-square-feet of bUIldmg area. The materIals wIll match the eXIstmg structure There are five eXIstmg overstory trees and five Crape Myrtles to remam m place, whIle l8 overstory trees and three Crape Myrtles are proposed to satisfy the landscapmg reqUIrements of the Zomng Ordmance There are only mmor, technIcal reVlSlons remammg, and these are outlined as condItIOns of approval RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Staff IS recommendmg APPROVAL of thIS request, subject to the followmg condItIOns 1) Remove the 20' dImenSIOn shown wIthm the fire lane on the SIte Plan. 2) ReVIse the total reqUIred & proVIded "SIte Landscapmg FIgures" wIthm the first sectIOn of calculatIOns on the Landscape Plan 3) Show the eXIstmg and proposed sIgnage areas A total of 60- square feet of sIgnage IS allowed on the entIre structure.
