Construction Plan Review Comments

The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition These plans
meet our current minimum standards with the e~.cepUon of the following
1 The design for the retaining wall must be included in the civil plans in order for the wall to
be permitted and constructed under the Construction Development Permit.
2 Show the location of the FDC and the FDC piping The Double Detector Check is mistakenly
labeled as the FDC
3 Modify the layout of the DDC and domestic/irngat~on meters All public water should be
located within a utility easement Kefer to the markups
Once these changes have been made, please submit three sets of revised final construction plans
for the City Engineer's stamp and as many copes as necessary for your contractors' construction
operations All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and
approved by the City of Coppell
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction The City charges a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint This would include
dirt wor(., paving, storm dram, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc that are private For
all mstallat~ons m public right-of-way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee A check for
inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of
the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes If
