The CIty of Coppell has revIewed the revIsed plans for the referenced addItIOn, These plans
meet our current mll1ImUm standards
Caples of your permIts from the City of LewlsvIlle and TxDOT for work ll1 theIr nghts-of-way
wIll be reqUIred pnor to final approval of these plans for constructIOn.
Please submit three sets of revised final constructIOn plans for the City Engmeer's stamp and as
many caples as necessary for your contractors' constructIOn operatIOns All contractors and
subcontractors onslte must ha\ e a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the City of
Coppell
All fees must be paId pnor to release of thiS project for constructIOn. The City charges a 2%
ll1SpectIOn fee for all pnvate constructIOn outside the buIldmg's footpnnt. ThiS would ll1clude
dm work, paVIng, storm dram, water lInes, sewer lmes, draInage pipes, etc that are pnvate For
all mstallatIOns m publIc rIght-of-way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee A check for
mspectlOn fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to thiS office along With a copy of
the contract(s) With the approprIate 2<;0 and 4% calculatIOns shO\vn for verIficatIOn purposes If
