The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans meet
our current minimum standards with the exception of the follow-mg
Please modify the spacing of your reinforcement from 24" OCEW to 18" OCEW
Nether correspondence nor a permit from TxDOT will be required as long as construction actrvit~es
do not encroach into the TxDOT ROW In the event that the construction plans are modified and
development activity encroaches into the RUR , a permit from TxDOT will be required
Once this change has been made, please submit three sets of revised final construction plans for the
City Engineer's stamp and as many copies as necessary for your contractors' construction
operations All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and
approved by the City of Coppell
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include dirt
work, paving, storm dram, water Imes, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc that are private For all
installations m public right-of--way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee A check fnr m~rect~~n
fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of the contract(s)
with the appropriate 2% and 4° o calculations shown for verification purposes I1~ you have any
