Dear Ms. La Matting.
Attached are two sets of the revised engineering plans as requested, as well as a copy of the review
comments. We have attempted to address all of the comments, making the suggested modifications, and
we offer the following responses.
Cover Sheet
1 Please modify the title

Site Development Plan
2 The 4 parking spaces located on

portion of the site and we propose constructing aturn-down footing at the curb on the south side
of the drive to accommodate the existing grades. This will prevent any disturbance within the
TXDOT easement.
