Susan, thank's for the information! As far as our Bill code goes, the 1001
code would represent the labor charges associated with concrete testing We
are working through our "work remaining" testing cost estimate At this time
it looks like we are still on budget overall I will be sending you the
estimate in a few days R. Carl Lee - --

Carl:
The inspector asked me to forward this information to you to use in the
comparison
The following densities are completed:
1 The roadway fill on the eastbound lanes
2. Under the N Coppell Road pavement
3 The storm drain trenches
4 Box culvert trenches
5 Lateral trenches under the eastbound portion
We still need densities on the following -
1 Storm drain trenches at Oakbend and Branchwood and the lateral
crossings under the westbound lanes 2 Densities for the fill outside
the pavement on N Coppell Road.
3 The trench for the 48 -inch storm drain that will be removed and
backfilled
4 The subgrade fill on the westbound lanes
5 Finished subgrade on east and westbound lanes at 300 feet
6 Two retaining wall at Oakbend and Branchwood
What services are included in Bill Code 1001 concrete Inspection? Let
me know if you have any questions for me or Larry concerning this.

Ms. Taylor -
We will compare what has been done verses what is left to do in
regards
to the construction and our testing budget.
Please find attached an updated budget for the project.
Sincerely,

Carl:
The projected budget for the project calls for 281 in -place moisture
density tests and the last budget report shows that there are 169
units
remaining Larry Davis, inspector for the project, does not think
there
are sufficient density tests left in the budget to complete the
project.
Would you please compare the remaining number of density tests with
the
amount of work remaining and see how many more tests you think we will
need to complete the project. We want to increase the budget before
the
end of the project and will have to take the revised budget to the
city
council for approval
Also, Larry wants to make sure that all re -test and cancellations are
being charged to Tiseo
Your consideration of this matter is appreciated
