Do you have Rick Henkly's e-mail or telephone number Also, I was
trying to get in touch with Trinidad Aguirre to discuss a proposed
sidewalk and ramp project along Samuel Boulevard. When I call his
number I get another person's voicemail. Is Trinidad the person I still
need to talk to, if not, do you have the contact information for the new
person

Can I get a status report on the hand box located 25' east of the most
easterly drive at the BCE building and the splice box located just
west
of Oakbend To date, they have not been relocated The new fiber
optic
at Oakbend is exposed and needs to be relocated - it is in conflict
with
the subgrade. We anticipate the same situation at Branchwood with the
same fiber optic line

There are two Verizon facilities that are still in conflict with the
proposed improvements along W Sandy Lake Road.

1 The Verizon hand box located 25' east of the most easterly drive at
the BCE building needs to be relocated so that inlet A3-2 can be
built.
2 The splice box located just west of Oakbend needs to be relocated
so
that inlet C 1-7 can be built.
John Gay with Tiseo Construction has tried to contact Jeromie Cagle to
get a date on when these boxes will be relocated, but has not been
able
to get in touch with him Would you please have someone contact John
at
469-446-0950 to discuss these relocations.
