I am sending the attached for your review and reimbursement. I would not normally do
something like this and /or ask for reimbursement on a flat tire, however this was so
upsetting 1 called and now I'm writing this letter See the attached correspondence
Mr_ Garret, you knew exactly the area I was talking about and told me it was not your
responsibility and if the city wanted you to do something they would have to pay you.
Well, I'm sure if you were on my end you would not want to hear such a thing. Not a
good example of a reputable company (BOMA member) that sees the condition of the
road daily and would not step out and fill the hole or even simply cover or barricade
This pothole is not new and is something many have acknowledged This was not a small
pothole and should have been properly barricaded for day or night traffic It is very deep
with sharp broke edges and it should not have not been left that way for even a short
time, let alone the length of time this remained. Even after reporting this it still seemed to
be something that did not receive any attention.
As a result of this of this gross negligence, I was stuck changing a tire at rught in a fairly
busy area_ The damage resulted in replacing a fairly new tyre along w/ repair of the tire
hub
Mr Garrett, I am asking for your immediate attention to this matter and request you send
full reimbursement
