Please see the attAChed PC regarding the Northpoint Paving Repair The price for these
repairs has not changed since submission on Apnl 11, 2006 The puce includes
removing and replacing approximately 3,600 SF x T' thick concrete paving, installing
flowable till to support: the new paving, dowels, expansion joints, reinforcing bar,
requited barricades, stamping of dnve approach, and sawcutting. Assuming that the
flowable fill can be installed over the existing subgrade, no additt.onal excavation is
anticipated. We are also anticipating that the repair will be performed under our existing
building perrrut while we are on-site.

The proposed repair spec specified will be subject to the approval of the City if this work is implemented. Also
Hate that additional excavation may be required when the area is opened up it is found to indicate a loss of
subgrade greater than the estimated 2 to 3-feet.
