ThIS letter will serve as your offiCIal notIce to begm work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days wIll start June 22, 2006 Two hundred seventy-
five (275) Calendar Days were bId on thIS project for completIOn of work. However, your
letter to me dated May 3, 2006 states that the number of days for the constructIOn of both
mtersectlOns wIll be one hundred eIghty-eIght (188) days. Therefore, we antICIpate the
project bemg complete by January 1, 2007
