We have received and reviewed the request for a change order regarding the Revised
ConnectIon for 10" Church Water Line Your proposed fees do not appear to be In
accordance with the bid items in the contract In the contract documents. there is a bid Item
for Relocate/Adjust 12" water line The pncR th8t W8S bid for that Item IS $7,500
Since this is actually a relocation/adjustment at a water line. I see this fallmg under the same
bid Item Therefore, Wp would have a change order thelt increa~es the quantity of that item
by 1 Additionally you are not providing a true nng connection as was calted out In the
plans You have Identified this as a savings of S3.297 00 in your request for a changp. orrler
Therefore. the change order ~hould reduce that bid Item by that amount. The total amount
for this change order should not exceed $4,203
