3. Fire hydrant valve needs 4' extension

5. Manhole needs rainpan and chimney seal
6. Paint manhole lid red
7. Missing clean-out on 8" sewer main
8. City sewer clean-out from building not to City specs - replace
9. Mark on curb: DaM and IRR in blue
10. Replace meter cans with larger cans for 1" meters
11. Missing 1" meter loops on DOM and IRR
12. Test DC on DOM and IRR: need paperwork
13. No PVC from meter to DC
