1. Need blocking in vaults under valves
2. Vault lids need lock latch on top
3. Paint vault lids blue
4. Need fire hydrant makers in street; blue to mark fire hydrant
5. Paint all fire hydrant valve stack lids red
6. Chains on all fire hydrant caps
7. Sewer manholes (3) need chimney seals and rain pans
8. Mark FHV on curb in red at all fire hydrant valves
9. Mark ML Van curb in blue at all main line valves.
lO. Two main line valves need 6 feet extension on Airline
II. Vault on Airline needs drainage around vault
12. Two domestic and one irrigation - mark on curb in blue and paint lids blue
13. Fire hydrant valve south of building at dock drive - valve not working
14. Paint building fire line valves stack lids red
15. Water main line valve north of building at truck dock not working
16. Sewer manholes - check grout around pipe at bottom of all manholes
17. Turn fire hydrant north of building at truck dock, not to prints
18. Mark MH on curb in red at three manholes and paint lids red
19. Paperwork on all DC's: 2 domestic and irrigation, 2 vaults, test DC
