1. Replace broken pad on fire vault valve on MacArthur Blvd.
2. Need drainage around fire vault on MacArthur Blvd.
3. Need to replace fittings from meter to DC; not to City specifications (irrigation/domestic)
4. Need to test DC on irrigation
5. Mark on curb in blue dom and irr at meters
6. Clean sewer line and manhole
7. Mark MH on curb in red at manhole in drive
8. Fire hydrant north of building - remove dirt to base of fire hydrant
