1. Station 3900 needs marking on west curb, south of Bethel Road, 50' from intersection 8"
water line.
2. First valve at Denton Tap and Bethel needs extension reset
3. Second valve needs to have extension reset
4. First fire hydrant needs marking to be in red
5. First fire hydrant need valve extension reset
6. Station 36.93, second fire hydrant needs markings to be in red. Valve needs extension.
Lid needs painting.
7. Station 34.12 - fire hydrant valve need extension and needs marking painted.
8. Station 34.12 valve stack not centered.
9. Station 34.12 mark on west side of street - lid needs paint
10. Fourth fire hydrant does not turn easy and extension needs to be reset. Marking needs to
be painted red.
11. First air relief needs rainpan, concrete around it and markings on both sides - ARV as
well as painting on lid and markings.
12. Station 28.60 needs extension on valves, markings on both sides of curb and paint.
13. Station 26.82 - 8" water line needs marking and paint on both sides of curb. Write ML V
on curb.
14. Station 25.57 - 16" water line needs marking and paint on both sides of curb. Write
ML V on curb.
15. Station 24.20 - markings and paint on both sides of curb.
16. Station 23.18 - marking and paint on both sides.
17. Station 22.49 - needs extension, marking on curb and paint
18. Sewer manhole needs rain pan and markings
19. Station 20.34 - fire hydrant - needs extension, markings on both sides of median, paint
markings and lid red.
20. Station 18.06 needs extension, marking on both sides and paint
21. Second air relief valve needs rain pan and concrete, marking with the letters ARV, paint
- and the air relief valve in the manhole is holding water.
22. Station 16.60 lid need painting and markings need to be cut into street and painted - This
valve is on the 8" line.
23. The 16" valve off the 24" existing water line needs an extension, lid painted, markings
cut in street. Plus the valve stack needs to be straightened.
24. Station 14.55 needs lid and markings painted.
25. Station 11.80 needs lid and marking painted.
26. Station 10.50 needs extension work
27. Valve stack in road no longer exists
28. Station 8.50 needs extension, marking and paint
29. Third air relief valve marking - ARV on curb, rain pan, concrete pad and paint.
30. Station 5.35 needs marking and paint.
31. Fourth air relief valve needs marking, paint, rain pan and concrete pad
32. Station 4.65 needs marking, paint, lid painted
33. Station 1.20 needs marking, paint, lid painted
34. Fire hydrant on Airline, marking and painting
