Mr Parnell.
The Coppell Fire Department will allow the use of a temporary all weather road for the short term
described in your letter dated 9/5/06 If, however, the Coppell Fire Department or Engineering Department
believe the temporary road is insufficient due to weather conditions, deterioration or improper
maintenance all work on this project will cease until the permanent fire lane is completed.
This allowance is for 346 E. Beltline. your letter indicated 349???

Tim. I want to thank you for taking the time to meet with me this
morning to discuss our options with regard to our construction schedule
and vehicle access to the building. It was greatly appreciated!
Attached is a scanned copy of the signed letter which outlines what we
would like to do with regard to the all weather road and standing the
tilt panels.
If the attached letter meets with your approval, please respond via
email and we will start construction of the all weather road ASAP

Not sure what you mean when you say 'there is no future planned here'
when discussing the eastern most drive? According to the plans I
reviewed, the eastern most drive was a fire lane and had a median
opening Therefore, I suggest we meet at the site to discuss this to
insure we are all talking about the same thing. Tuesday, anytime, is
ok with me!

build it here and cut the curb if necessary and put it back after the
fire lane was in place The grades on the east end are less severe.

The center drive is not a designated fire lane, nor does it have a
median opening. I do not recall the grade on that one. The eastern
most drive does not have a median opening yet, neither does your
western
most drive, which is also fire lane.

Brandon and Chris,
The temporary drive shown is too steep for our fire apparatus. This
was an oversight during the review stage, but we are ok with due to
the
other two entrances being fire lane However, your request for
setting
the panels is denied due to the steep grade of that drive unless you
have an alternative.
