Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on February 2 to discuss construction,
landscaping, and inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at
approximately 11:15 am. During this time discussions about construction, landscaping, and inspection
issues were held; however, not all attendees were present for all discussions.

II. Issues Discussed
Item Action Description
7.1 Wright/Sutton At the 60" RCP site, Wright still needs to place riprap and grade at the headwall
to provide for positive drainage to the creek. At the 54" RCP site, Sutton has
poured both lanes at the intersection with Freeport Parkway. Sutton still needs
to install brick pavers, install 2 concrete pull boxes including the Y' PVC, seal
. the joints, pave in front of the curb inlet, and extend the curb from the curb inlet
to the north to the existing curb. Erosion control is needed in front of the curb
inlet until Sutton paves that area. At the box culvert site, Sutton has completed
the pavement replacement except for sealing the joints which will be done along
with the pavement at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and 1-635. Wright
still needs to place riprap around both headwalls and grade around both
headwalls to provide positive drainage through the system.
7.2 Wright Upon completion of the construction, Wright will grass the sites.
7.3 Sutton Sutton is to install a traffic-bearing concrete pull box on the 54" RCP site at the
location of the existing pull box. Another concrete pull box is to be installed
outside the pavement to the south and 3" PVC conduit will connect the two
boxes,
7.4 Sutton The color and pattern of the brick pavers to be used at the 54" ReP site shall be
the City of Coppell standard.
7.5 Wright Wright will place riprap around all headwalls this week (weather permitting).
7.6 LDC LDC needs to coordinate with TU Electric for their power source for the
irrigation system on the south side of Grapevine Creek.
7.7 Sutton Sutton needs to cleanup the construction site.
