Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on January 19 to discuss construction,
landscaping, and inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at
approximately 11:00 am. During this time discussions about construction, landscaping, and inspection
issues were held; however, not all attendees were present for all discussions.

II. Issues Discussed
Item Action Description
6.1 Wright/Sutton At the 60" RCP site, Wright has completed filling in the trench with a dozer.
Wright still needs to place riprap and grade at the headwall to provide for
positive drainage to the creek. At the 54" RCP site, Sutton has graded and
stabilized the subgrade. Sutton plans to pour the pavement on Tuesday, January
~ 26 and Thursday, January 28. At the box culvert site, Sutton has completed the
~ pavement replacement except for sealing the joints which will be done along
with the pavement at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and 1-635. Wright
still needs~ to place riprap around both headwalls and grade around both
headwalls to provide positive drainage through the system.
6.2 Wright Upon completion of the construction, Wright will grass at the 60" RCP and the
54" RCP sites with winter rye grass.
6.3 Sutton Sutton is to install a traffic-bearing concrete pull box on the 54" RCP site at the
location of the existing pull box. Another concrete pull box is to be installed
outside the pavement to the south and 3" PVC conduit will connect the two
boxes.
6.4 Sutton The color and pattern of the brick pavers to be used at the 54" RCP site shall be
the City of Coppell standard,
6.5 Wright Halff Associates will not approve Change Order #3 unless the total is reduced to
approximately $2097.00.
