Mike Martin, assistant City of Coppell Engineer, has informed us today of the continuing problem with the
temporary paving at Freeport Parkway and Southwestern. With all of the recent rain, the gravel is not working.
The City is again requesting a more permanent solution such as asphalt until the contractor can replace with
concrete. Please address this matter today, inform Mike Martin of the solution and when you expect to complete
it, and copy Halff Associates on all correspondence. Please call if you have any questions. Thanks.
